We’re pleased to share that Senior Designer Jacinda Shirley has officially joined the practice as Co-Director. From here forward, we will be known as O’Neil + Shirley Architecture.

Jacinda has long operated at Director level within the studio — leading projects, guiding clients, and ensuring the clarity and delivery we are known for. Her appointment formalises the role she has already been fulfilling across the practice.

Jacinda brings a refined design sensibility, an exceptional eye for detail, and a rigorous, highly organised approach to every project. She is deeply involved across all stages — from concept through to documentation — ensuring each project is resolved with care.

Paired with Darren’s  architectural language and intuitive creative direction, the partnership reflects a balance of vision and precision.
