Elegantly private from the street, Fendalton House is a contemporary, practical family home. Careful considerations were taken to ensure the proportions of the design were beautifully balanced, while factoring in the long narrow nature of the site and small street frontage.  Clever features including lifted ceiling heights generate volume and intrigue. This creates a vertical connection between levels as well allowing the living areas to bathe in natural light – enhancing the illusion of space, and detracting from the narrow site.
